NOVAFOUR Return Policy

At NOVAFOUR, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days (or adjust to your preferred timeframe: 7 / 30 days) of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Not fall under non-returnable categories (see below)

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Opened beauty or skincare products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. For size or color changes, please return the item and place a new order.
