Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • You grant NOVAFOUR a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

  • You confirm the content does not infringe third-party rights.

  • We may remove content at our discretion.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

NOVAFOUR shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect

  • Incidental

  • Special

  • Consequential

  • Punitive damages

arising from your use of the Platform or purchase of products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NOVAFOUR and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of:

  • Your misuse of the Platform

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of any law or third-party rights

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

 

17. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to attempt informal resolution.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be resolved through binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction, unless prohibited by law.

Class actions are not permitted.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Electronic Communications

20. Severability
